Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
I have 17 years experience in the trade of Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation. So, I am very familiar with these types of systems. If you have problems with air circulation perhaps I can help.
Former Building Inspector
I have 9 years experience as a Combination Building Inspector. As an inspector of both residential and commercial construction I gained experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical (which is Heating, A.C. and ventilation) and the actual structural and non-structural forms of buildings.
With this education and training I learned how to do things right.
Other Building Experience
Throughout the years I have gained experience in framing (both with wood and metal), drywall, painting and finish. As well as:
- Electrical wiring
- Electric panels
- Breakers, switches and outlets
- Lights and fans
Plumbing Experience
But that’s not all; I have gained knowledge and experience in the field of plumbing. Which includes:
- Installing, replacing or repairing of toilets
- Bathroom sinks
- Kitchen sinks

- Water and drainage piping

- Installation of floor tile
- Installation of wall tile; both ceramic and porcelain
Nothing is too small. I can hang curtain rods, pictures, and mirrors, just about what ever you need done inside or out.
